Day 2: task 2. Another great day! We are really lucky to have such great weather for this event, considering that the flying season hadn't really even started before we got here. I had a much better day today! I tagged all the waypoints but I left a bit too low from the last one, and consequently I ended up dirting about a couple clicks from goal. 7 other pilots joined me in that wheat field. Later I found out that there was a problem with the scoring - somehow I only received points for minimum distance. I need to check with the scorekeeper to see if that can be corrected. I guess the points don't matter that much though - it was super fun flying the task today!
There is no race, there is no goal, there is only the quiet rustle of grapevines in the afternoon breeze
